A pear cut lab-grown diamond features a unique teardrop silhouette that combines the curved, brilliant end of a round cut with the sharp, tapered point of a marquise cut. Silhouette: An asymmetrical teardrop with one rounded end that gracefully tapers into a single point. Faceting: Typically features 58 brilliant-cut facets designed to maximize sparkle, brilliance, and light return. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds, sharing the exact crystal structure and hardness. They are not diamond simulants.
